Love it, I am new to the community but i came here hoping for helpful critism of my work, and sincere encouragement. I was so thrilled when the first comments were so positive, till I surfed through the galleries and realized, EVERY comment was positive, even on works that obviously needed ALOT of improvement. I am a beginner, and thus I want to learn, sure I like to hear thats great, wonderful, stunning, but how does telling me a work is wonderful when the leg is too long and the body doesn't connect to the scene, help me get any better. When I see the same comments for every image, regardless of quality, it lets me know not to judge my skill by the comments I recieve. I post my peices elsewhere now if I want real input on them...I post here for ego boosting.:) I would love to see that change and see a shift towards constructive critisism and sincere encouragement. the people who come here are so talented and how awesome would it be if they could help those of us new to this learn.
