DId you email Gwendolyn about this? I find on quick investigation that this is listed as a P5, Windows-tested product, and the product page lists satisfied comments by several people that I know of as active members of the community. I am not sure how you ended up with a "Mac plugin" as this was a zip distribution of the correct files in PC format. The "grey circles" sounds like png's that aren't getting converted. I note from looking at the ReadMe that you are provided with both png's (Poser5 only) and rsr's for these. I also note that the bump maps are in jpg format, which is preferred by Pro Pack but would need to be converted for Poser4. I am sorry to say this, but the scenario that makes sense to me is that you somehow have a partial distribution of only the P5-specific formats, and possibly converted for Mac, as well. Forgive me for saying this, but it might explain why you didn't contact the original creator.
