A few things I'd try. . . Make sure your ProPak has the latest Curious Labs updates installed. Thumbnails I see by the Readme for the product that rsr's and PNG thumbnails are both provided. I'd try moving the PNG's out to another folder temporarily and then open the folder in ProPak. This should convert the RSR's to new PNG's automatically. If that doesn't work, try looking at the thumbnails in an external utility such as the excellent (and free) Irfanview. If they look okay there, you could try converting them to BMP and back (save the originals off elsewhere first just in case) to see if Poser will display them alright then, It sounds like the old alpha-channel problem, and that should "flatten" them to one channel. INJ-REMs Make sure you have The latest updates/versions of V3, V3 body pak, and V3 Head Morphs all already installed into their correct !DAZ folders. You say your ProPak "can't install" the INJ files - are you saying when you select your V3 and then attempt to apply the Gillian INJ files, that the Gillian Dials don't "appear" or that you get some sort of error? Since your description is so brief, it's really hard to tell what the specific problem is there. It's possible you're expecting the Gillian Character to appear as soon as the INJ's are run. In fact you'd still need to spin the dials to apply the morphs, as all the INJ files do is install the dials. Your mention of deleting the Mac plugin is confusing. I'm guessing you're referring to the really really excellent tip earlier this week on deleting the Quicktime Mac plugin to speed up Poser's loading time. If so, this is irrelevant to this problem (or any other except problems rendering to a quicktime movie), and mentioning it just clouds the focus of the problem. If that is what you were referring to, please clarify so other posters to this thread can focus on your problem more effectively.
