If we wrote messages to every single person who doesn't set the nudity flag or the violence flag, it would take a week to cover just one day's worth (200 images, most of them nude, half of them untagged). It would be more courteous, and we used to if we had several untagged images by the same person. Sometimes we also untag something which doesn't need it.
