do you have multiple runtime folders or have you been editing the runtime folders? If not well I'll tell you what happened yesterday. I started my computer and started Vue. It asked for my serial # and when I wrote it in it said it was invalid! Upset but stuck I removed Vue and saved all the things in the eon folder that would be deleted when removed. I uninstalled, cleaned up the registry, and the windows folder of eon remains. I reinstalled and it worked fine with the same serial #. This might sound like it has nothing to do with you but I just wanted to say a reinstall of the very vigilent vue sometimes is valid option to a vue dilemma.
