Subject: OBJ. Skirt Keeps Tearing, Why?

I have learned :) I used philc dress as a reference on the grouping.

But now one of the legs keeps going through the skirt.

1.When its says multy group how do i fix that?

2.Do I Just delete that part that says no bone? Manuel(Nio)
