Hi ford3auss, If you go to the contest page (link attached) and scroll to the bottom, you will see a box which is titled "Submit a New Contest Entry."

Click on the Browse button beside the Full Image box and navigate to the image on your computer which you wish to submit.

Click on the Browse button beside the Thumbnail box and do the same until you find your thumbnail image.

Remember to state whether you used P4/PP or P5 in the notes box.

When you've done all that, click on the Post Entry button and your image will be submitted for approval.

Your entry will not show on the page until one of the Contest Managers has approved it.
