If you can find it Painter3d is what I use. Made my Metacreations, I think that it is the forerunner of deeppaint or body paint. Also there is a free 3d painter available. It is called Tattoo and is available here http://www.terabit.nildram.co.uk/tattoo/ It seems OK but I am used to Painter3D. I think that you may have to register if you want to use commercially though.
