I thought it may have been Spybot or Spywareblaster (recently installed) which are blocking this site but if you're getting through in Firefox but not IE than it's gotta be IE or some setting therein. (I have my security settings on medium). The hosting site is www.freewebs.com though mapps is going way beyond the 'free' stage with the demand for his terrific goodies. Unfortunately I haven't yet been able to discover what/where/why of the blocking - but then I'm not too knowlegable on these issues.
