Microsoft anounced some time back that the Virtual Machine (what allowed Windoze to view java) is no longer supported. It has to do with a falling out between Sun MicorSystems and Microsoft. The code never actually belonged to MS. In order for Windows OS to continue to utilize Java based applications you must switch to the Sun System's 'Java Console'. Read details here: http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/java/ and here: http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2004/apr04/04-02SunAgreementPR.asp Get Java here (note: Microsoft will NOT support any issues that may arise and Sun Systems is responsable for All security issues): http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp
