Maybe they deserved to be raked over the coals for lying to us about what they were including and have yet to include in P5. How long do they have to pay for that? CL had very high hopes for Poser 5. But you know what? All of those expectations take TIME to program ... lots of time. And, in the midst of trying to realize those expectations, the economy went to pot. Releasing it when they did was their only chance for survival at the time. If it were YOUR company, and YOUR product, what would you have done? Lay everyone off? It's all water under the bridge in my opinion ... not worth looking back, only forward.
