The V thing was mentioned as not necessary. meaning that you don't need to place it when voting.
In the spirit of anonymity that the Challenges now enjoy, I don't think there is anything wrong with that suggestion.
I get IMs from both sides on this...ALL the time.
So...because the Hot 20 IS there, what is wrong with trying to get more to vote?
