Nothing is wrong with trying to encourage people to do something,it is wrong when we try to manipulate people. I think by this continued complaining about who votes for who and WHY..is going to have an adverse effect! I personally don't appreciate being looked over my shoulder. If I write V or not shouldn't be of any concern to anyone. The Hot 20's is a place to celabrate others progress.
