I think I remember a notebook/binder at Klicker's site (linked above). Arkon has several nice tables and desks; not sure if any would be suited as a school desk...been awhile since I've visited there. Sorry for my PC-slant. Yes, those converters are Windows. I'm afraid I don't know any offhand for Mac, but you can ask in the 3D Applications forum here and get a more informed response. :)
