IMO if you are in the condition of being close to death from whatever medical problem and you choose a hospital because they are the ones who sent you ads instead of doing your own research as to which one provided the kind of care you are looking for then I think you have more serious problems. ("you" being the general person who would do this and not an attack against any specific individual)
