Oh this must be Frances judging by where it is located, they are predicting Ivan the Terrible to strike the panhandle (hopefully it will weaken) as a category 2. My thoughts and prayers lie with the people that will ultimately be affected by this monster-cane. Yes that looks like a Nasa image to me.
