PInstaller is a program that installs your files. Once they are installed, as long as they are in the correct runtime, in other words not in a Poser 4 directory or in some strange place like "My documents", then Correct Reference will edit your Poser files to point to the correct textures and meshes and things. Personally PInstaller works well, but use it on a few files at a time, not on a large stack of files, and then go and manually check where PInstaller has put them. This is the fastest way to learn where things go, and why, and you will eventually need to know this when things don't work correctly.
