And virtually impossible across countys and oceans" Almost entirely incorrect. The correct part, btw, is that small claims court is usually handled for "small claims". The rest is not entirely conversant with current copyright law -- notably the additional provisions of the DMCA -- and is not applicable to the federal court system as described.
