@LostPatrol: thanks a lot. I'll browse through the links! :). The content of your main link is almost correct. But it's the other direction i'm going. I'm coming from Fireworks and try to import in Photoshop. @3DGuy: PNG is the native format of Fireworks. In this format, all the layers and text is editable and movable in individual layers. I need it that way in a PSD too as the printing-studio needs access to the text as text. For this reason, i cannot use TIF or JPG which otherwise would be an option, yep.
