ah, but having the TOS in their native language gives the user/customer no excuse not to follow it, and no reason to feign innocence. If it's not in their native language, they won't read or understand it, so they can always use the "but, your TOS is not in my language, how was I to know?" bit...not all members/customers would do that, mind you, it's just that, well, there IS a mindset out there that will, sadly.
