Your glassware worked fine for me. I've had a similar problem. 1500 downloads with not a peep and then one "person" gets an error when using open and then moans for paragraphs about how I should include instructions. I had another time when I commented on 3 pictures by a person, but not the 4th and they sent me a snotty email asking why. I wrote back saying comments are a gift, not a right. With a community this large, you are going to get the odd idiot. Don't sweat it. You just can't please all of the people all of the time.
