So, if you aren't a PC member, you pay $99.95 for the upgrade? (And then the "bundle", whatever that is LOL, with it at no extra cost?) Is DS free to the public or only PC members? Is DS part of the "bundle"? (I always get confused when things get broken down according to PC memberships.) Thanks for any clarification.
