Sorry, I hoped I had the e-mail, but I had so much trouble at the start with this pc that I re-formatted after a month. so the e-mail is gone. I can't even remember what the advice was :( But I bet they've got lots of people bitching on their forum about it, could be worth taking a whip across to their official forum and seeing if anyone else has the same problem.
