Perhaps it's worth pointing out that there are two totally diffrent things being discussed in this thread. A Face file (fc2). This is a pose file that contains only dial settings. A (normal) fc2 file will set the dials for verious morphs in the head, it neither knows nore cares about the actual morph targets or their deltas. An fc2 can be constructed to either inject morph targets directly, or to inject them from an external file via a "readScript" statement. But that's another story, a normal fc2 just contains dial settings. What I was refering to in post #4, is a way of making an actual morph of the face in its current state, then transfering that morph to another character. As to Morph Manager it copies the entire targetGeom (morph) channel, including the deltas, dial settings, and all the rest. Which of these (Face pose or morph) is the most appropriate to your circumstances I can't say.
