Tentacus would be the name I have used.
As for Anime characters looking Childlike. while it's true Japanese tastes tend to go a bit young, the drawing style IT'S SELF doesn't nessisarily give any impression of age. A highschool girl's uniform on the other hand... ^_- Oh and all my characters are at least 18 (21 in some areas :p)
