I'm a bit vague here....but wonder if there isn't a way you can do your animation in Bryce against a black background, then do whatever animation you want in Poser, and then manually merge each frame in Photoshop? Or the other way round - do your scene in Bryce, and superimpose the Poser figures. I've never tried either course, so just talking off the top of my head.
