I'm not getting the bundle cause I already have most of what they're offering - since I'm a PC member I'll still get that discount. But yes - I think that 5.5 will be worth it. Especially since the Raytracer is being rewritten in machine lanauge which should decrease render times by half and the abiltity to transfer stuff between Bryce and D|S ram to ram (i.e. not by saving the file and reloading).
