Nope - Machine code is what the CPU actually executes. A high level programming langauge also eventually compiles to machine code, just a lot larger and slower (but easier to program). Machine langauge is no more or less portable then any other programming language. I was afraid that DAZ would do what Vue did to speed up the RT - add a 4RPP AA mode (Bryce is currently 9RPP AA) and a higher AA threshold, both which greatly speed things up but at the expense of render quality.
