For distribution of 'celebrity image', there would have to be a licence agreement with the celebrity or their estate (if applicable) in order to sell 3D versions of them. Celebs use their image to make millions endorsing products, etc, so their image is worth real money. If you want to know the ins and outs of the legalities of this matter you could do worse than to ask in the copyright forum here. There are some celebrity Poser morphs of varying degrees of success floating about. I'm pretty sure I've seen a 'Buffy' and a 'Britney'.
