Do some basic troubleshooting. Had Poser operated faster before? What has changed since then? You can test to see if removing the Content Room caused the problem. I assume you backed up the file you edited to remove it. Restore that file and see if your performance goes back to normal. If Poser has always been slow, have you run CorrectReference to check and fix any texture references? If not, get it and do the job.
