Warning: if you use the Firefly rendering engine, the background image gets deformed to a square. The P4 renderer works fine with backgrounds. Firefly can only be used when you have a perfectly square working window with a perfectly square background picture! This is an annoying bug in P5. I've reported it to CL several months ago, but I haven't heard anything from them.
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
