That completely bites. I'm with Jordy though. Don't they share some responsobility in keeping your belongings safe? What kind of place, especially a lab, allows that kind of access without some kind of security? Maybe I'm being a little unrealistic what most places have for security after working at the Times. Just to get to my desk requires me to use an electronic access card to get through 4 security doors while passing 6 different security cameras and a guard station. Anyway, I feel your pain my friend.
