most Dutch speaking people can read English well enough to understand the TOS In two holidays motorcycling around Holland around the 1980's, it was my experience that people in Holland tended to know only the English for things that are part of their job. For example, a customs officer knew English when checking me on entry at Europoort hear Rotterdam, but he did not understand me when I asked him in English for where I could buy petrol. Then I for the first time spoke Dutch in Holland; "Waar te kopen benzine?". The spoken language can be different, but the Kanji characters can be understand by Koreans and Japaneses too. The modern Korean writing system (called Hangeul) is completely different from Chinese-type characters.
