Thanks for the comments...

I was shooting for a classic, 'B' movie feel with this... but I didn't want to limit the viewer to one story, i.e. 'here's the gun, here's the body, book 'em, Dano...' My intention was to raise questions...'what happened to the guy in the chair?...Is that his blood/gun?...if not, whose are they?... why is the window left open?.. and who is waiting in shadows?...'

I did one version where the chair was lying on its side... but, although I liked the idea behind that one since it raised yet another question, I just couldn't make it look good compositionally... and I was running out of time. So this is the final version.
