I've sat and read through this again properly now that I'm not holding my eyes open with matchsticks; plainly put in British English, this means that coz the BW side is making a loss they want to sell it off so that someone can buy it and up the prices coz they've then got the Ilford name. I'd happily run down to the bookies and put a tenner on Jessops (photography shop chain) buying it, but hey, I'm an amateur ;-) Whatever happens, traditionalists using Ilford can expect to see a decent price hike in their stuff, imo......
