Hi GoN2GraceLand, I don't recall what the original review stated, but the merchant also felt your review was unwarranted. I think everyone agrees that constructive criticism is always welcomed of any product, but trying to present a complaint as politely as possible is always tough. You are more than welcome to resubmit your product review. I have never seen the video myself, so I cannot compare what you say to my own feelings. I do know that a lot of people have found it very informative and helpful though. Deb
