There is a very good thread in DAZ forums about reflections, and a good set of light presets available for free download. I personally start with two distant lights and a spot light, one distant light I call back light set it at y trans 200, z trans -160, x rotate -105 and illumination 35% color light yellow like sunlight. Next one I call overhead (you can rename the lights as you create them) I set it at y trans 200, z trans 160, x rotate -20, illumination 55% and color same as the other, the spot light I parent to the default camera and set to about 45% (need to set the y and z trans the same as the camera before parenting)and adjust the illumination as needed, think of it as a flash on the camera. That seems to be a good starting point to work from for me anyway, don't forget that background color can play a big part if you do not have a full scene. Hope I have been a little help at least
