Hi terminusnord, The product that you're talking about here failed testing, and I've just sent you the information that the tester had sent on 9-25. Also, yes, when you don't have any products in your store, then you are not considered a merchant any longer, and don't have any merchant access. If you need any type of reports run, then you can always contact an Admin and get any prior information that you might need from your sales reports. Deb
