Ditto both of the above, and I should point out that it also imports both Dynamic Hair and Cloth too... for animation or stills. Also works well with any of Max's plugin renderers. In other words, it's not just limited to useage with the standard Max renderer or materials. You can also apply modifiers or convert the characters to editable meshes, but once you do that, you can't reload/update the scene from Poser again. There's also a problem if you go and change the imported materials on the figures to Max materials, and then save/reopen the scene. It screws with/corrupts the multi-subobject materials. Other than that, it works just as advertised.
