the biggest problem can sometimes be that when you use morphs to alter the shape of her body it doesn't change where her joints bend. So with certain morphs her body can become wider but the arms still move as if she wasn't. The only thing I can think of is to use magnets to change the shape of her underarm to keep it from entering her body. If you do it right it shouldn't be noticeable since the shirt isn't see though.
