Try the D|S forum here, or the DAZ|Studio Discussions forum at DAZ3D's forums. You'll probably need to be rather more specific with your questions, too - it's a big topic. Turbo Importer is an add-on for Bryce 5 that allows it to read transparency data from OBJ files exported by D|S - something that can't be done with regular OBJs such as those Poser currently exports - so it's only of use if you have Bryce (which also has its own forums here and at DAZ).
