It might be better to post a message in the DAZ forums, because DAZ is way behind on their e-mail, thanks to their server crash and the Starter Bungle mass confusion. Or call. Someone at DAZ can check the file and see if there's something wrong with it. I'm sure they'll fix it, one way or the other. Give you the right file, or give you your money back, if you wish.
