Misunderstood, sorry. :( I think they're really just ZIP files. Try changing the extension to ZIP and opening in WinZip or similar. If this works, and you have a lot to do, P3dO's pattern renamer will make short work of changing the extensions for you - in a copy of the original folder, of course.
