The models from greatbuildings.com are not very detailed. I would propose some roman buildings - when i remember it right you are in Italy so you can find a lot of examples standing around. The Roman Colloseum for example. Or the Verona theatre. Or the Verona Romeo and Julia building? I know, not roman but...
