thank you very much Rena the only solution I came up with it to use my sons computer. It uses windows 98 se isp is Walmart and it uses ie6 for a browser.Sorry this computer don't have netscape install on it, so I can't test it on that.I had no problem seeing your site and it fantasic. In the mean time this will work out till my dsn info is updated.
