Subject: Bending poses Problem

Can't do that by bending the abdomen or chest alone. Keep the Inverse Kinematics for both legs on (to keep the feet on the ground). Then bend the hip by useing the xRotate dial. Then "very slightly" bend the ab and chest. SWAMP
