I know Desilu/Paramount's legal department crapped a great big bucket of bricks over David Gerrold's original draft of the "Trouble With Tribbles" because he called his critters "fuzzies". Even though it was clear there was no resemblance or possibility of confusion with H.B.P.'s furries, they made him change it just in case.
