Aye, I've been using Lightning since it came out, but I always actually installed it on each render client. What I'm saying is that it's apparently not necessary. One difference I noticed was that it optimized the tiles differently. It apparently started the host on a random tile, with the client rendering the tile just next to the host's. Then the host would pick another unrendered random tile, and the client (which is slower in this case) would try and keep up... Or maybe I just forgot to click Tile Optimization...? (shrugs!) Probably doesn't make any sense. Hope Corel doesn't get pissed, but I can't see why I would install Lightning on other machines anymore. They'll get enough out of me when Bryce 6 comes out... (well, Corel won't!!!)
