You need to do some studying up. There are tutorials here and elsewhere. First, however, all your files must be in the proper directories. 5% of all files go to three major directories: Geometries, Libraries, and Textures. Most downloads are already set up in the proper fashion for direct load into the appropriate directory. Geometry files MUST be in the exact subdirectory specified or Poser won't work. Library files MUST be loaded in the appropriate directory by type of file extension ... look at the file extensions in the libraries you have already. HR2 files are hair, CR@ files are characters, PP2 files are props, etc. Texture files work best in the directory the the vendor put them in. There are a few that the file references aren't correct which is why many of us use the free utility CORRECTREFERENCE to fix. With a small library Poser is likely to find the texture files eventually. Link here is to a tutorial to give you an overall view of how it all works
