Open Notepad and go to File>Open and browse to the directory which contains the Pose file you need to change. Under the list of files you'll see a box which says "Files of type" and the default selection is "text documents". Change this selection to "All Files". You should now see all the contents of the directory. Select your .pz2 file that you want to change, open it and make the change, then save it - I suggest as a different file name, in case you make a mistake. To do this, go to File>Save As... and then type a new name and the .pz2 extention, but you must enclose the whole thing in quote marks, otherwise Notepad will save it as a .txt document. For example, type in "mypose-p4.pz2" Hope that helps :)
